Bio: I am a journalist by day who originally started this blog in 2011 when I was working on my master's degree at California State University Fullerton. It started as a blog about how "beauty" is portrayed in the media and today transitions into a blog to follow my pregnancy and birth of my twin boys.

  1. Wow!!! I’m going to have to make sure I have a box of tissue near me the next time you post. Sister this blog is so beautiful and our babies are going to love them as bedtime stories. I can’t wait to meet them but until then, thanks for including us in your journey. I love you and I am here for you and our babies forever!

  2. Thank you Amiga for sharing this beautiful journey with us all! God is so good & I’m so very happy for you two & the rest of the family! XO

  3. Loved every word. I just wish that someone would have warned me about the water works as I am waiting to get my brows waxed. This will be the best time of your Life! Enjoy the journey. Love you guys! All of you…

  5. Hi Nisha! First of all I would like to say how much I love to READ, period! It’s one of my favorite pastimes/hobbies besides photography. I pretty much enjoy reading everything and anything. But what I truly enjoy reading the most are other people’s bios! Not only do I get to experinece other people’s journeys but it gives me some sort of connection to them as well. In reality, writing and photographing are pretty much the same. Whether if it is a book or a photo, there is always a story to tell. I must admit I did get emotional reading about your delivery and what you had to go thru with those beautiful little guys of yours and as a mother of two boys, I can definitely relate. I’m glad that this exprience not only did it turn out well for you but it has made you a stronger individual then ever before. These little guys will one day see how much love and courage their mother really has!

    • Hi Lucy! I’ve been meaning to respond it just takes me a few weeks LOL. Twins keep me running all over the place πŸ˜‰ I am so happy to hear you love reading, so do I!!And I completely agree with you about writing and photography being the essence of storytelling..I too love both so much. I know you and I have so much in common with our boys, and next time I see you I will definitely need some pointers πŸ™‚ My overwhelming delivery experience really did make me stronger, and I will never be the same person I was before. My perspective on life is completely different! I have soo much more to write about and share, I hope you keep reading and ask me questions if anything sparks your interest. XO

    • Thank you friend for the nice message. I appreciate you taking the time to read and get to know a little about my baby boys. Sometimes it’s a little scary opening up and sharing our story with everyone, but you know how much I love to write so it only seems natural to keep writing about Noah and Nikoh. I hope you keep reading! I plan to make more time to blog πŸ™‚
